The AGM was held this morning and these are the results:

ReplyDeleteThe executive wish to advise you of the upcoming Special General Meeting to be held on Sunday October 14th at 1pm at the Freemans Bay community centre. Current financial members are welcome to attend. Please excuse the earlier email with the incorrect date.
The items currently on the agenda to be discussed are as follows:
1) Club Registration progress
2) Budget - expected expenses and our plans to meet those expenses
3) Battlecry - Auckland City Guard reponse.
4) Planned events schedule - reports from various members in relation
to upcoming events
6) General Business
If you wish to put forward any motions to be considered please advise myself or Derick prior to Friday 12th October.
